My name is Wayne Mounts MDiv, BS Chem.

My journey in healthcare and integrated facilities management spans over 25 years. My specialized expertise in leading, mentoring and carefully listening to the needs of others has led me to offer enhanced engineering services and hospitality services that will be rare to find elsewhere. I am a caregiver to your building, its assets and the residents that live in them. I am trained to provide a listening ear to you and your residents - I hear your stories and will help your residents successfully navigate the complexities and uncertainties of life.

I will customize an integrated plan to keep your facility running safely, efficiently and in compliance with the multitude of state, local and federal requirements such as MI LARA, NFPA, Environment of Care and TJC. Having worked for and with governmental agencies, I understand how important it is to maintain your facilities and keep them running safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.

This journey for me is personal as well. In 2019, my wife Elizabeth was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. At the time, I was serving as Senior Vice President of Facilities Management at one of the premier hospitals in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Under my leadership, we passed our Joint Commission Environment of Care audit with zero findings and achieved full CMS certification to open a brand-new hospital facility. I know what it takes to stay safe and compliant—not just on paper, but in the real, day-to-day work of keeping you, your care team and your residents safe.

I’ve made a career out of listening: to residents, to staff, and to the buildings themselves. That attention is what sets me apart. No one brings the blend of technical expertise, regulatory precision, and human understanding that I do.
